white sand clear water beach chairs

i enjoyed the white sand beaches. crystal clear waters were unbeatable. there were plenty chairs on the beach for guest use. the service was excellent. hermie, krishna, and john in housekeeping gave good service. i defiantly return here.

the check in area was not good. the welcome drink came from a miserable bar-lady. it tasted warm and unappetizing. the reception area felt hot and uncomfortable.

The staff's responsiveness to our needs impressed me. The resort offers quiet surroundings with many activities. Transport to and from the airport was seamless. Breakfast had generous and delicious options.

The restaurant food quality seemed a bit average for the price point, it could be improved.

My stay presented some difficulties. initially, our room lacked hot water for several days. I had to notify the staff to resolve it. the air conditioning unit broke, resulting in water damage. additionally, the toilet malfunctioned. the staff addressed each issue promptly, i must say. the front desk seemed disorganized.
